Is there anything to install?
No. Prisea runs in your web browser: open it in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox and start. No servers, no software to install, no IT project; updates arrive by themselves. Everyone on your team sees the same current prices from the office, at home or on the road, on a computer or a tablet. Try it with sample data right away; load your own data from Excel and you are working with your own prices.
How do I move my spreadsheet calculations?
Upload your product and rate tables as they are and build your calculation steps with boxes. Ready-made templates (distributor, importer, manufacturer) help you start.
Does it work with my ERP?
Yes. You load your master data with the Excel or CSV files you export from your ERP; fields such as product code, customer code and group map to their ERP counterparts (e.g. MATNR, KUNNR, KDGRP in SAP). Calculated prices export to Excel or to your ERP's bulk upload format (such as SAP condition records). On Pro and Enterprise we can also connect to your ERP directly by API: master data comes in automatically and approved prices go out. During the beta we set this up together with you.
Is my data safe?
Every company's data is kept separate and only the people you invite can see it. Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be reversed.
